Premium Whiting Fish Tacos

INGREDIENTS

FILLING

▢ 1 box of Our Family Table Premium Whiting
▢ 1 pack of gluten-free corn tortillas
▢ 2 avocados
▢ 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
▢ 1 bunch of coriander
▢ 1 chopped tomato

DRESSING

▢ 1/2 cup mayonnaise
▢ 1/2 cup sour cream
▢ juice of 3 limes
▢ 1 tbsp of oregano
▢ 1 clove of garlic, minced
▢ 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
▢ 1 tsp sea salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Cook Premium Whiting according to the package.
  2. While the fish is cooking, chop all vegetables and herbs and set aside to assemble later.
  3. To make the dressing, mix all ingredients together in a bowl and cover in the fridge for up to 2 hrs.
  4. Once the fish is cooked, chop into small strips. To assemble tacos, place lettuce, tomato and avocado in the middle of the tortilla and add fish on top. Garnish with coriander and drizzle dressing on top.
