Squid Chip Butty

INGREDIENTS

▢ 2 large, soft long rolls
▢ 1 box of Our Family Table Squid Chips
▢ Mixed salad
▢ 1 avocado

DRESSING

▢ 2 cloves garlic roughly minced
▢ 1/2 cup mayonnaise
▢ 1 tsp lemon juice
▢ 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
▢ Pinch of sea salt
▢ Pinch of black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  2. Cook 1 box of Our Family Table Squid Chips according to the package.
  3. While the Squid Chips are cooking, mix all dressing ingredients into a bowl and set aside in the fridge.
  4. Once Squid Chips are cooked, spread dressing onto rolls and then add avocado, salad and Squid Chips. Top with more dressing and a squeeze of lemon if desired.
